Please read the agreement thoroughly before registering.

  1. Consignor Fee
All consignors are required to pay a non-refundable consignor fee of $11.95 (early bird special) or $13.95 (regular fee). Consignor registration will close once the maximum number of consignors is reached or by September 16, 2025, whichever comes first.
  2. Payment to Consignors
Consignors will receive 65% of the selling price for each item sold. Payments will be distributed at the designated pick-up time. If checks are not ready by September 21, 2025, they will be mailed within two (2) weeks. If consignors opt to donate all unsold items, the check will be mailed within two (2) weeks.
  3. Volunteer Opportunities
Cola Kids Consignment offers volunteer opportunities that may increase the consignor payout to 70% or 75%, depending on the level of involvement. To be eligible for a higher payout, volunteers must adhere to all volunteer guidelines and fulfill their shifts as agreed upon.
  4. Item Ownership and Condition
Consignors must own the items they are selling and have full authority to sell them. All items must be clean, in good condition, with fresh batteries if required, and free of defects, missing pieces, or broken parts. Cola Kids Consignment reserves the right to reject or remove any item that does not meet these criteria or is not on the approved items list.
  5. Manufacturer Recalls
Consignors are responsible for checking that their items are not under manufacturer recall before bringing them to the sale. Cola Kids Consignment is not responsible for recalled items.
  6. Item Safety and Liability
Cola Kids Consignment is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or destroyed by fire, flooding, or other unforeseen circumstances. Items that are fragile or valuable should be considered carefully before consigning, as accidents or misplacements may occur.
  7. Responsibility for Breakage or Separation
Cola Kids Consignment is not responsible for items that become broken, lost, or separated during the sale, such as glass frames, toy parts, or two-piece outfits. While we take measures to ensure the safety of all items, accidents or misplacements may happen. If an item is too valuable or sentimental, consignors should reconsider consigning the item.
  8. Item Categories and Limits
Consignors must adhere to the item limits and categories specified by Cola Kids Consignment. Items incorrectly categorized to bypass these limits will be removed from the sales floor and returned to the consignor.
  9. Pricing and Discounting
Consignors authorize Cola Kids Consignment to sell their items at the price listed on the barcode tags. Handwritten changes or alterations on tags will not be honored. If consignors choose to participate in discount days, items will be sold at the discounted rates as outlined by Cola Kids Consignment.
  10. Pricing of Unmarked Items
Cola Kids Consignment reserves the right to price any item that is missing a tag. To ensure credit is given for these items, consignors should place a piece of masking tape inside the item with their consignor ID, item number, and price. Consignors will receive 65% of the selling price for such items.
  11. Unsold Items
All items marked as donated that do not sell during the consignment sale will be donated. Any items not claimed by the end of the designated pick-up time will become the property of Cola Kids Consignment and be donated.
  12. Unaccepted Items
Cola Kids Consignment reserves the right to pull items from the sales floor that are not on the approved items list or are in poor condition. These items will be returned to the consignor at the end of the sale. Breast pumps will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  13. Returns and Unaccepted Items
Cola Kids Consignment reserves the right to accept returns from buyers for items found to be unsafe, unusable, broken, or missing parts. The sale also reserves the right to pull unaccepted items from the sales floor, which will be returned to the consignor at the end of the sale.
  14. Pick-Up Policy
Unsold items must be picked up during the designated time: September 21, 2025 between 3:00pm-6:00pm. Any items not picked up during this timeframe will become the property of Cola Kids Consignment and will be donated to our charity partners. No exceptions will be made.
  15. Alternative Pick-Up
If a consignor cannot attend pick-up, an alternative person may pick up the items. However, consignors forfeit the right to report any missing items if they use this option.
  16. Check Issuance
If checks are not available at pick-up, they will be mailed by October 6, 2025. Consignors are required to cash or deposit their checks by December 6, 2025. Any discrepancies or check issues must be reported by September 22, 2025. A $35 fee will be charged for replacement checks, and no checks will be reissued after October 15, 2025.
  17. Items Marked for Donation
Any items marked for donation by the consignor will automatically be discounted during the half-off sale on the final day. Unsold donated items will be given to local charity partners.
  18. Discrepancies
All discrepancies regarding items or payment must be brought to the attention of Cola Kids Consignment by the end of the designated pick-up time. After this time, no further claims will be accepted.
  19. Important Reminders
Please review rules #5, #6, #8, and #9 carefully. Thank you for consigning with Cola Kids Consignment!
